Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at support@trypeele.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care goods (like used skincare or opened beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
